What is Counselling?
Counselling provides a space to explore whatever concerns you have with a trained Counsellor. Someone who is not directly involved, who will be impartial and not judge. Counselling isn’t about telling you what to do, it is about being listened to and through gentle questioning enables you to focus on what’s important to you. It’s about helping you identify your options so you can choose what is best for you. It’s a place where you can get to know yourself again.
